Shopping Procedure


  • View detail product information, at any time you may put preferred product in your shopping cart.
  • You may repeat step 1 during your visiting our website. When you decide to buy and want to check out the items you put in the shopping cart. Please click on "Check out" button located at the upright corner and start the check-out process.
  • Register as a member is easy (Please refer to this page). If you havenˇ¦t registered, you may begin to register at this point. Otherwise, you may type in your account name (e-mail address) and password to enter your account.
  • After logging into your account, please first confirm the delivery address. You may change the delivery address at this point. We will follow your instruction to ship the products. Then, please choose your payment method and you will be linked to payment section. Please complete your payment process. After the delivery and payment information are confirmed, our shipping process will be started. You will be able to receive the products you order in two weeks (some out of stock products might need more time).

  • We accept payment though Paypal for international order only. (You may use almost any type of credit card by Paypal)
  • Please register at Paypal (www.paypal.com) before buying products from us.



  • Shipping Cost


    We will charge shipping and handling fee based on the weight of the purchased products. Shipping and handling fee will be calculated automatically by system during the product checkout process.



    Shipment


    Products are shipped by EMS (International Express Mail Services). It is a safe and fast way to ship products. We will also provide tracking information when customers request it.



    Return


    To serve our customers, we accept return for faulty products. If there is any faulty product you receive and you would like to return it, please first e-mail us within 7 days from the date you receive the products. Please briefly explain why you want to return the product(s) and provide your account for us to send you the refund. Before we may send you the refund, we have to inspect the product(s) you send back to us so please make sure and send the product(s) you purchase in the original conditions (product, accessory, document, package, invoice and any others coming with the package must be in the original condition). We will send the refund to the account you assign when the inspection is completed and the product is in the original condition. In case the inspection is not passed, we will not refund and the products will be kept for up to 3 months unless the customer wants it back by paying us the entire fee to send it back. Customers pay the shipment for faulty product return and reimbursement.


    We will not accept return in the following cases:

  • Improper used or maintained by customer causes the productˇ¦s damage, malfunction, broken or out of original packing conditions.
  • Invoice, document, or accessory is missing.
  • No longer be eligible for refund (Must provide post documents to prove your return is within 7 days).
